On Wednesday April 5, 2023, Massachusetts Governor Maura Healey signed an executive order establishing a Governor’s Council on Latino Empowerment. We are proud to share that Marty Martinez, CEO of Reach Out and Read National, was appointed to the council, along with 39 other leaders.
