Assistant Director of Development

Remote | Full-time

The Assistant Director of Development will be responsible for leading the annual wealth screening process and its analysis for establishment of initial caseloads for MGO cultivation and, in subsequent years, the prospect pool of donors for incorporation into existing caseloads or the creation of new caseloads as the team grows. You will also lead in the development and implementation of a fund development growth strategy for annual and monthly giving audiences in partnership with the National Director of Development, Individual and Major Gifts. Associate Director of Development, Northwest Region

Remote based in WA or OR | Full-time

The Associate Director of Development is an experienced, results-oriented, strategic, and savvy professional, skilled at identifying opportunities, building relationships, and establishing strong partnerships. You will be responsible for leading efforts to secure and sustain financial support from multiple revenue streams such as foundations, corporations, sponsorships, and individual donors. You must be able to: effectively manage relationships with funders to diversify and increase revenue, apply creative and strategic thinking, learn new skills and technology, adapt to an evolving and growing organization, and work as an effective team member with colleagues in both virtual and in-person environments. Northeast Grant Specialist (Grant Writer)

Remote based in ME, VT, NH, Upstate NY, MA, or CT | Full-time

As our Grant Specialist (Grant Writer), you will have the unique opportunity to help shape the future direction of Reach Out and Read Northeast as it expands its reach into the state of Maine by identifying and soliciting corporations and foundations to fund the expansion, as well as inheriting a robust existing portfolio of grantors in the Northeast. Program Manager, Georgia

Remote based in Georgia | Full-time

The Program Manager will work closely with the Executive Director and all team members to sustain, expand, and enhance the quality of Reach Out and Read programs. The Program Manager will raise awareness in local communities among strategic partners and help to ensure that children across the state arrive at kindergarten prepared to succeed in school. Apply here.
