Reach Out and Read Wisconsin Medical Director and National Board Member, Dipesh Navsaria, MPH, MSLIS, MD attended the opening ceremony for Dane County Regional Airport’s Short Story Dispenser and has remarked, “since installing the Dispenser we’ve noticed more parents and children reading a story together.
