A new policy brief—released in partnership with the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia – Policy Lab was authored by primary care providers, early literacy researchers, and policy experts. It provides recommendations on how states could use Medicaid and CHIP to improve equitable access to Reach Out and Read.…
